Hi all,

My experimental data are like this id(Zm00001d001865).
but the mapman gene id like this (zm.13239.2.a1_at).how to change the mappings gene id ?

I'm not sure what I need to do for the program to be happy. I would really appreciate any help,

Hi,

Probably the easiest solution is to submit the fasta file (which contains the genes) to Mercator. It will generate a mapping file which will have the same identifiers as your fasta file and therefore will be compatible with your experiment.
