Hello there

I have a list of differentially abundant proteins (UniProt accessions) with its fold change over control condition. I would like to know if it is possible that I can use MapMan to visualise the data.

I am not sure if there is a mapping file available for Zea mays with Uniprot accessions.

How should I proceed further? Any suggestions would be of great help.

Hi the simplest is:
use Mercator X4 to annotate them http://www.plabipd.de/portal/web/guest/mercator4
This shouldn't take more than 20mins.
Then only use X4 pathways. We have a bit of a backlog in transferring them but we are getting there.

Best Wishes
