Pageman: Over/under representation: Experts, ignore P-values

Hi all,

I wnat to do Over/under representation anaylsis of my transcriptomic data sets in Pageman. For that, i am using Oral-Fischer test with Cut off value 1. And for FDR i am using Benjamini-Hoschberg analysis. Then there is another option stating "EXPERTS:IGNORE P-VALUES" . What is this meant for? Should i cross this section as well?

As for as i have understood, this means these P-values are from the Benjamini-Hoschberg test, and if i ignore P-values, this would mean FDR would be higher and the results would not be reliable. The statement "EXPERTS: ignore P-values" is confusing. I dont know whether this should be checked or not for the analyis. Please help me, what should i do.
