Hi,
could someone help me with setting up DEG's data for pathways analysis in tomato? Please- see attachment file.

Hi Antonio,

The first thing you would need is a mapping file which has the same identifiers Including upper/lowercase) as you have in your file (eg. Solyc09g091510.3).

This you can generate using the online tool mercator.

You would need to decide first if you want to use the new Mercator4 or the original Mercator 3.

If you go with Mercator4, the pathway files you use in MapMan need to have the X4 label.

Once you have the mapping file, you can then load it into MapMan.
You can also load your experiment file (Cartel1.txt) and specify that the fist and 4th column are the relevant columns.
