How to Exclude Sub-bins on Pathway

How to Exclude Sub-bins on Pathway

Hello,

I'm trying to create my own pathway to better show the detailed activity within one bin (bin 27). I have a lot of activity in Bin 27.3 which is then grouped into 27.3.3 (about 10 hits here), 27.3.7 (8 hits here), and then the rest of the hits are scattered throughout the other sub bins, 27.3.X (I'm just using X to represent the numbers of the other sub-bins).

I want to display bins 27.3.3 and 27.3.7 separately from 27.3, which I've done. But now I want to display all of Bin 27.3 and exclude 27.3.3 and 27.3.7. Is there a way to do this? I'd also like to display all of Bin 27 while excluding 27.3 from it.

I've attached an image of my pathway if that helps. Right now all of 27.3 is displayed in the pathway but isn't excluding the bins that I want to exclude.

Thanks for any help!
Charles
