Hi
you would have to generate a mapping file. For this use the assebled FASTA file in Mercator (here on the website). It will generate an annotation and mapping file for you, this one you can read into MapMan.

If you want to visualize an experiment, you will also need a file describing the expression differences.

Hi, Björn

I have a little problem when I want to add my mercator file generated from the Fasta File to MapMan. In the Screen the mapman software show me "Error during data configuration: One data column should be selected at least" but I select the the columns and the same message is present.

Do you know what can be the problem or How I can solve the problem?

Hi

this looks more like a problem in the configuration of the experimental data file.
this is the first of the four categories on the left.
Under the mapping category, do you see your mapping file?
