error massage when using Biotic stress pathway

Dear Root Rank: Youngling Posts: 4 Join Date: 10/15/09 Recent Posts	error massage when using Biotic stress pathway Answer 10/2/08 2:54 PM When I try to use the Biotic stress pathway I get an error massage: Error parsing bin code: '' java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "" I don't get any error using other pathways. Also when I used this pathway few days ago it worked well. Why? What happened? and what should I do? Please help.

Hi,

sorry for the late answer. Maybe, you did edit the bin code which links the displayed bin to the mapping. To load the original pathway again:

- right click on the biotic stress pathway in the left hand tree of pathways and choose unlink

- right click on the overview folder in the left hand tree and choose "add pathway" -> download -> choose biotic stress pathway and hope it works again.
