Hello. Thank you for reading this question.

I have questions about 'biotic stress' overview in pathways from Oryza Sativa(rice), Osa_MSU_v7 mapping.

As you can see file attacted, in this whole picture,
You can see two signaling parts, two MAPK parts, and also two Transcription factors parts on the middle side and on the right side.

I have no idea what are differences between them. Also, what is the difference between middle part( seems like pathway, darker part) and other side part(light gray part)????

Can you describe about this biotic stress overview in brief and give information about my question above?
