Hi,

seems Mercator is not working ? Jobs stay queued for ages but never start. Any solution ?

With are dealing with the same problem.
I also have an error message saying that Mercator waas unable to send the results to my e-mail

Any solution??

Hi, is this problem been resolved? I am new to Mercator and I can't understand whether there is something wrong with my file or with the server. I have managed to run small jobs by splitting my file, but only some of them run and the output file is missing the identifier.

P.S. Is there any way of removing jobs from a queue?
