I am new to Mapman, I want to map all the bins to the pathway, In my case 6521 genes are assigned to 6278 bins and sub-bins , with some genes mapped multiple times to different bins. But in pathway(e.g. metabolic) only 919 bins are visible, while there are other bins also which are part of metabolic pathway but not visible on pathway, Can please someone suggest me how to increase visible bins on pathway

Hi,

Can you let me know first which version of annotations you are using?
MapMan3 (results would have come from Mercator3.6) or
MapMan4 (results would have come from Mercator4.2.1)

Can you also let me know which bins (which you have genes assigned to) are not visible on the metabolic pathway?

Hopefully this will help us to clarify the problem.
