Hi Guys
I am using Robina for RNAseq counts differential expression analysis.
after loading my counts file, during the analysis process it give me the following error
Loading required package: limma
Warning messages:
1: package 'edgeR' was built under R version 2.15.1
2: package 'limma' was built under R version 2.15.1
Calculating library sizes from column totals. Error: cannot allocate vector of size 935.9 Mb
Execution halted

Anyone knows whats the problem here
