Hello,
Didnt know if this went in bug or feature request emoticon

When you type in your password in the proxy preferences, it displays your password, not dots or ****.  Can this be switched to display dots or something other than the password itself?

Yep,

I'll move it to features and try to get in in the coming release.

The proxy password field is hidden now.
