hi axel...

1) during the installation procedure you will be asked to define the location. if the folder does exist before then the programme chrashes.

2) if a folder (pathways, data or mapping) is moved the programm has completely be removed (including the imageannotator.xml, that nobody can locate). it would be nice to newly define the location of the folder

During startup the program now checks if the .ImageAnnotator.xml is older that the installed software and ask if it should reinstall the sample data again or if should keep the old configuration.

I can't reproduce the problem. If the folder already exists MapMan shows a warning and asks if it should overwrite.
