I am trying to upload my fasta files with protein sequences (the same files that worked fine one month ago) in mercator and an error message always happears " Internal error creating job directory".

Is mercator working fine for anyone? Is it a problem of mine?

I would love to know what is going on, please!

Dear Diana,

Mercator is experiencing some server problems at the moment.

You can still however submit your jobs to plabipd (navigate to tools-> Mercator) and it will provide the same results.
