Thanks everyone, I think I have got the solution, that is "mercator" [http://mapman.gabipd.org/web/guest/mercator].

Dear Xinhui Liao

I reckon the simplest would be for you to use Mercator where you submit FASTA formatted sequences (these should be contoigs though).
We have experienced some trouble with the hardware though in the last few months. If you run into problems you might then consider waiting a bit as we are moving the Mercator pipeline to a more stable and powerful environment.
