Hello Everyone

Does anyone know where can I get mapping files for Yeast in MapMan?
Or MapMan is only for plants?

Dear John,

MapMan is mad specifically made for plants, that being said, we are working on some minor things with some prokaryotes and yeast.
But before anything major comes out of this, it will still take some time.

I came across this old post.
I'm also working on yeast (Candida) and was wondering whether you still had plans to expand MapMan to other organisms than plants?

Uuups never saw that one. In fact yes, we are just changing our license to enable this and other adidtions.
