This archive contains a set of sample FASTQ files that were obtained from
the study SRP009936 as deposited at the european nucleotide archive
(http://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/). A random sample of 100000 reads has been drawn
from a subset of the FASTQ files in the study as a test set for
new users of the RobiNA application to provide them with a convenient
way of quickly asessing the usefulness of the software. Processing of the
data with RobiNA will be possible on modern standard laptop computers and should
require not more than 5 to 20 minutes of computation time.

The TAIR10_cds_20110103_representative_gene_model.locus.fas file contains
the representative gene model coding sequences as distributed by The
Arabidopsis Information Resource (TAIR release 10). The file has been
processed to remove the splicing isoform identifiers from each sequence
identifier thus yielding the gene locus identifiers. The file is to be
used as a reference transcriptome in the mapping step of the RobiNA
RNA-Seq analysis workflow.

The files TAIR10_chr_all.fas and TAIR10_GFF3_genes.gff have also been
obtained from TAIR and can be used as a reference genome in the mapping
step.

The data contained in this archive is meant to be used for software testing
purposes only.
